Make plans to join us Wednesday, July 29 - Thursday, July 30 for Bluefin Tuna specials at all the restaurants! Known as the ‘wagyu of the sea’, Bluefin Tuna is prized for its rich marbling, silky texture, and is worth planning your visit around.
Chef Kyle is sourcing two gorgeous Bluefin Tunas that will be around 150 lbs. each, similar to the Bluefin Tuna we sourced last year. Read more about the specials below and then make reservations to join us!
