Delage is a sushi & omakase restaurant in Old Oakland. Chef Kyle Itani and Chef Jeremias Jimenez build each menu around fish boxes that arrive from Japan's Toyosu Market throughout the week. Grab a seat at the ten-seat sushi bar for an eight-course omakase, à la carte sushi, or a lunch set.

Eight-Course Omakase
Throughout the week, fish boxes arrive at Delage from Toyosu Market in Japan. What's inside is never the same, and we only learn the featured fish when we open each delivery. That sense of discovery is at the heart of Delage.

Our a la carte sushi menu is available during both lunch & dinner service. The menu is made up of a selection of appetizers, nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, and maki rolls.
A La Carte Sushi Menu
To accompany the food, Delage offers a drink menu of featured cocktails, Japanese whisky, sake, and wine, curated by Itani Restaurant Group's resident bar manager, Daniel Paez.
Beverage Program
The ten-seat sushi bar and three additional tables make up the entire dining room. This intentionally intimate setting is built for close, attentive service and a direct connection to the chefs preparing each course.

Our lunch sets pair chef-selected sushi with our housemade kaiso salad and miso soup for a complete meal that fits into your lunch hour. Available Monday - Saturday 11am - 3pm.
