Yonsei Handrolls
Catering from Yonsei Handrolls is a little different. Because freshness is everything — from the snap of the nori to the quality of the fish — Yonsei brings a full service team to roll on-site at your event. This can be a live handroll bar or a team behind the scenes producing handrolls to order, ready to enjoy immediately. Since a full service team is required to execute handroll events, there is a $1,500 fee for set up, labor, and transportation. The cost of the handrolls is then based on the menu selection made.
